Connecting Kupertino with Youth
Our priority goal is to introduce young people to Kupertino Corporation, reflecting the possibilities of their development as a person in society, opportunities to develop existing and create a new one, bringing the ideas and dreams of young people to life.
Equality of All Genders
Gender equality means that all genders are free to pursue whatever career, lifestyle choice, and abilities they want without discrimination. Their rights, opportunities, and access to society are not different based on their gender. Gender equality does not necessarily mean that everyone is treated exactly the same. Their different needs and dreams are valued equally. Gender equity is often discussed at the same time as gender equality for this reason. Since society has favored men for so long, men have many advantages. Equity fills in the gaps so everyone else can “catch up” to men. It addresses discrimination and imbalances in society so that equality can become a reality.
Quality Employment for All
Young people are suffering from high youth unemployment, precarious and exploitative working conditions as well as discrimination in the labour market and the workplace. The lack of information and suitable skills for future employment are preventing young people to be fully integrated in the labour market. This way we work on guarantee an accessible labour market with opportunities that lead to quality jobs for all young people.
Quality Learning for All
We are committed that the ideal employee can’t be found but it is possible to create, in independence it is the professional or youth. However, it is worth noting that for young people it is especially important that not everyone wants to follow the traditional path of education, choosing a different one – their own path. That is why in each SPO system they will find all the necessary information for themselves and will be able to receive decent training thanks to her and our specialists, in a free format, as well as based on the results of training, each of our specialists is accredited and receives the appropriate certificate about this.
Space and Participation for All
Young people are underrepresented in decision-making processes which affect them although their engagement is crucial to democracy. They need access to physical spaces in their communities to support their personal, cultural and political development. For this reason we strengthen young people’s democratic participation and autonomy as well as provide dedicated youth spaces in all areas of our company.
Information & Constructive Dialogue
Young people experience difficulties to verify the accuracy and reliability of information. They need to be more adequately equipped to navigate the media landscape and to participate in constructive dialogue. We are working on what would be ensure young people have better access to reliable information, support their ability to evaluate information critically and engage in participatory and constructive dialogue.
Sustainable Green Economy
Nowadays we consume in a way that our environment can’t handle. Society needs to act against climate change and the growing environmental threats. But our society cannot solve a problem that it is not willing to acknowledge. That is why everyone including young people has to start taking responsibility for their actions, and impact on the life of future generations. Becoming sustainable is not a choice, it is an obligation. We сontribute achieve a society in which all young people are environmentally active, educated and able to make a difference in their everyday lives.
WHY ARE WE HERE?
The Kupertino Youth offers information about opportunities and initiatives that are of interest to young people who are living, learning and working. Kupertino Youth addresses young people, but also other stakeholders working in the field of youth (youth organisations, youth workers, policy makers, etc.).
Through outreach, training and mentorship, Kupertino Youth aims to empower youth of different ages and backgrounds to change their world. We help talented young people, to understand career opportunities in order to increase the diversity of talent pool and cater to the needs of our fast-changing world.
Kupertino Corporation is committed to harnessing the power of IT to transform education and work. The Kupertino System of Personal Offices (SPO) provides creates conditions for the personal development of each member and his comfortable work, using technology to help youth develop 21st century skills.
The world is changing too quickly, especially over the past hundred years, today’s youth are difficult to navigate in such a vast world of opportunities, but we believe that a person should do what he likes and what he was created for, so we offer volunteer projects where young people can get to know and feel the areas presented by us.

The way we engage young people today will determine the prospects for sustainable development and peace. Young people, who represent a majority of the population in most developing countries, are today visibly contributing as political actors, innovators, entrepreneurs and peacebuilders. That is why we cooperate with almost all young people and youth communities.
Like all areas of Kupertino Corporation, we pay special attention not only to customers, partners and others, but primarily to our employees, after all, Kupertino is you – people working with us. For our part, we offer you social infrastructure for your children in the form of Smat Box – where your child can get additional development, access to Smane – to learn English, as well as our special KCY projects for the development and self-realization of your children.
